James founded Ichiro Consulting after a career spent building and scaling software systems. Tired of watching good engineering get buried under bad process, he set out to build a consultancy that ships first and presents second.
As CTO he owns the technical direction on every engagement, from the first architecture conversation through to delivery, because the details are where projects succeed or fail.
